Adriatic 40 Fly is a sensational boat where a lot of seamanship has been built in ! Qualities from a lot of boat constructions have been adopted in this magnificent boat – a lot of varieties of options which just function.

Adriatic 40 Fly has been introduced in a new version where more or less everything is standard. Most of the boats which are launched on the market have been stripped down to a minimum in order to offer the most attractive price. This is not the case with Adriatic 40 Fly. This boat is equipped  with all the options you after all have to purchase – no matter which boat you choose. In other words you will not be faced with big surprises – extra bills for all the options you in any case will need. It is by far much cheaper to have it built in as standard during the construction and building of the boat.

The policy of Nelson Marine is to sell and deliver a finished boat – with all the essential and needed details making it a great pleasure to sail Adriatic 40 Fly from day one. The plotter and autopilot are the only missing items – here we are talking about individual and personal taste and choice.

The Adriatic 40 Fly came into being because designer and boat maker, Helge Duus, of Arendal, Norway, was tired of seeing solutions that don’t work in a variety of other boats throughout his life. He therefore decided to design the Adriatic 40 Fly.

The Adriatic 40 Fly has been painstakingly developed over five years, and the result is a beautiful boat that handles very well on the water. It also has an incredibly spacious interior and the furnishings are extremely tasteful. It has features not previously seen on other boats this size. For example, if you need to inspect the engine hold, the entire quarterdeck is raised hydraulically, with no need to move benches or cushions, etc. In addition to a large and impressive master stateroom at the front with a 2x2 metre double berth, the Adriatic 40 Fly has two other guest cabins. One has a large double berth and generous standing height, lots of cupboard and stowage space and aesthetic lighting. The other is designed for one person, but also has good stowage space.
